Feeling More Alert

Feeling More Alert

Can coffee fruit can make you more Alert?

A recent clinical study examined the effect of coffee berry on reaction time. This is simply a term used to describe how quickly someone can respond to a particular stimulus, such as a runner starting a sprint in response to the starting pistol. What the research demonstrated, is that participants that used a coffee berry supplement achieved a 4 times greater reduction in reaction time. That indicates their reaction time significantly decreased, allowing them to respond faster while improving their alertness.

In real-life situations, reaction time and alertness skills are what allow us to be efficient when we need to respond to any sort of environmental stimuli. More specifically, each one of us employs time reaction skills in situations such as driving, playing sports, answering a question in an interview, or simply when playing a videogame. Therefore, coffee berry appears to have the ability to improve our behavioral reaction on any occasion that requires this level of alertness.
